Marisha Iron Pipe was born on July 7, 1933 in Browning, Mt. to Joseph Iron Pipe and Julia Rose. She joined her siblings with whom she loved dearly, Willie Spotted Eagle, Jim Spotted Eagle, Leo Spotted Eagle, and sweet sisters Martha Spotted Eagle and Irene Walters.
Her father, Joseph, was one of the original members of the Slickfoot Society. Mom was born into this society, and up until this year, due to illness, was an active member. She was raised by her parents knowing the traditional ways. She never lost her knowledge of her culture and truly loved being a Slickfoot.
She met her handsome cowboy, Wallace W. Hall, and they were married in Cardston, Alberta on March 27, 1962 and made their home on Birch Creek. They would have celebrated their fifty second anniversary this March.
She is survived by her husband, Wally; her daughters, Waverly and Becky (Donnie); ten grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her dear parents, Joseph and Julia Iron Pipe, her siblings, Willie, Jim, Leo, Paul, and sisters, Martha and Irene.

I wish to send my deepest condolences to the family. Marisha was a wonderful person and I so enjoyed our visits when she was at the school during various activities. My heart goes out to you all along with my prayers.
