Janice K. Billy
August 13, 1948 – September 5, 2018

Janice was born in Browning, Montana to George Hagberg and Clara Bremner on August 13, 1948. She grew up with Gramma Mary Bremner until she was 10 years old. Then she lived with her mother and father, Clara and Jake Hall. Janice attended her school years in the Browning School District and she graduated from Browning High School in 1966. She worked for the Browning School District for over twenty years.

On August 21, 1966, Janice married Roger Boggs. They had one daughter, Monica Ann Boggs on September 6, 1968. Janice married Melvin Billy on November 22, 1990 in Reno, Nevada. In 1994, Janice and Melvin were blessed with Hailey and Heather. She was also blessed with three grandchildren. Janice and Melvin enjoyed their life to the fullest.

For the past 35 years, Janice courageously fought a cancer diagnosis. She was a survivor and she lived her life to the fullest all these years. Janice was preceded in death by bother of her parents, her grandparents, her brothers David Shilib James and Justine Butch James.

She is survived by her husband: Melvin, her daughters Monica, Hailey, and Heather, grandchildren: Brady Jake, Jase, Janabeth, and two more grandbabies to be born soon. Also surviving are her siblings: Alice DeRoche, Leah James Crossguns, Jessie DeMarias, Malcom Hagberg, and Eddie LaPlante. She loved to visit her family and friends. She was loved by many and will be missed by all.
