On November 5th Alexander “BooBoo” Felix passed away from his battle with health complications. At the young age of 59 years old. Boo boo was born to Arlee Harry Felix and Cecile Adams (Lumphry) on Oct 4th, 1965 in St. Ignatius, MT. He was the youngest of 5 siblings who were raised in Arlee, MT by their dad Harry. Boo Boo lead an adventurous life. He was a proud army combat vet, being a decorated soldier for his time overseas fighting in desert storm. He spent time on the fishing boats in the bearing sea up in Alaska for a couple seasons. He also spent time chinking line as a wildland firefighter for years, and later became a volunteer firefighter for the Arlee community. Boo Boo took great pride helping his community and family. Amongst all of the adventures, Boo Boo loved the pow wow trail. He traveled far and near dancing, wearing the unforgettable red, white, and blue outfit as a fancy dancer, and later as a traditional dancer. He was a champion dancer. He was hard to miss with his loud and unforgettable laugh. He always had a joke to tell and a story. Sometimes even just a shoulder to lean on. Alex met his wife, Emma Yellowhawkfelx-Felix in 1999, and they welcomed a son in 2000. It was around then boo boo started working for the food distribution as slower pace of life. He was the proud cheese key holder for a while. He was quite proud to deliver commods to our elders, and loved to sit and visit with them. Boo Boo was a proud dad of his three kids, Miranda, Anthony, and Jerome, as well as the countless other people he adopted as his own over the years. His favorite was being grandpa Boo Boo, cheering for Ryder at her Roller Derby Bouts, hearing Nellie laughing, and seeing Robert grow. Boo Boo is proceeded in death by his wife, Emma Yellowhawkfelx-Felix, his parents Arlee Harry Felix, Cecile Lumphry(Adams) grandparents Antoine Felix, Lucy Ashley, John Adams, Mary Adams, and his best friend Bradley Brazil He is survived by his Children: Miranda (Chauncey,) Anthony, Jerome. His grandchildren: Lillyah aka Ryder Die, Robert, and Nellie. His siblings, and numerous nieces and nephews.
