Clayton was born on May 23, 1972 in Browning, MT to Gaylynn Gobert-Running Crane and was raised by Roger “Sassy” Running Crane & Delores “Peanut” Running Crane. Clayton was raised in Browning and Heart Butte, MT. He was a man of many trades.
Clayton is preceded in death by: Mother, Gaylynn Gobert-Running Crane; Father, Roger Running Crane; Mother, Delores Running Crane; Sisters, Felicia Gervais(Higgins), Laura Sue Running Crane; and brother, Johnny Running Crane.
Clayton is survived by: Children, Wesley Running Crane, Michael John Running Crane, Zachary Running Crane, Clayton Running Crane; Grandchildren, Rowdy, Colt, Jace and River; Brother, Christopher Higgins; and Sister, Latosha Brown.
