Jewell Frances BearLeggins-Ramirez 70, affectionately known as LuLu, passed away in Fairview, Oregon on December 28, 2024. 
Jewell was born on January 12, 1954 in Browning, MT to Frederick Wolford BearLeggins & Henrietta LittleDog.
Jewell was raised in the state of Washington and got her Bachelor’s Degree out of Portland State University. She later married her beloved husband, Augustin Ramirez. 
Jewell loved spending her time drawing, sewing, and watching crime television.  
Jewell was preceded in death by her husband, Augustin Ramirez; Son, Eric RunningCrane; Mother, Henrietta LittleDog & Father, Frederick Wolford BearLeggins.
Jewell is survived by; Sons, Julian David ManyHides, Robbin Rexroat, Berry RunningCrane Sr., & Rolondo Ramirez; Daughters, Ragina Ramirez, Balanca Anna Bell Ramirez, & Dolorez Bralia Ramirez; Sisters, Wilma BearLeggins, Freda BearLeggins, Mary BearLeggins, Olivia Reyes, Martina Williams & Angela Reyes; Brothers, Clayton BearLeggins, Richard Garcia, Mario Reyes, Pete Reyes, Wilber BearLeggins & Theodore Martin.
