Ralph “Rocky” Kaiser Hahn, 62, of Arlee, Montana, passed away peacefully at his home on May 26, 2026.
Rocky was born on August 23, 1963, in Polson, Montana, to Louie Hahn and Patty Hahn.
He grew up in the Mission Valley, often following his brother Johnny, which sparked his lifelong love of fishing and hunting.
For many years, Rocky worked as a line clearance tree trimmer, operating as a contractor. On any warm, sunny day, you could find him on his tractor or riding mower, carefully tending to his beloved homestead.
A man of deep faith, Rocky loved Jesus Christ as his Savior. When asked how he was doing, his signature reply was always, “God is good!”
On his 61st birthday, August 23, 2024, Rocky married the love of his life, Claire. He often joked that marrying on his birthday meant
he would never forget their anniversary.
Rocky’s greatest pride and joy were his children, Skyla and TJ. He cherished long walks with his daughter Skyla at the ranch, where they shared heartfelt talks. He was incredibly proud of her many accomplishments and her strong determination to succeed in life. He also loved spending time outdoors with his son TJ, hunting and fishing together, and especially lighting up the skies with fireworks on the Fourth of July. Rocky was never far from his loyal four-legged companion, “Ralphie,” who followed him everywhere.
His sister Debra will No longer be concerned whether her brother is on the right path, she knows he is dancing on streets of gold fishing with the master fisherman.
And His little sister Rozi no longer will have to be worried about being “picked on”!!
Although, those will be the most precious memories that she will remember!
He is survived by his wife, Claire Hahn of Arlee; his mother, Patty Hahn; his children, Skyla Hahn and TJ Hahn; his brothers, John Hahn and David Hahn; his sisters, Debra Hahn and Rozi Zeigler; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends who were blessed to know him.
He was preceded in death by his father, Louie Hahn.
Rocky was a loving son, husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
