Ryan was a young man of determination and resilience. Despite facing challenges from a young age, he defied expectations and embraced life to the fullest.

Ryan's generous and giving nature was evident to all who knew him. He had a special love for the holidays and found joy in showering his loved ones with gifts. He even invented the concept of unbirthday parties, celebrating just for the sake of spreading happiness. Ryan's nieces and nephews held a special place in his heart, and he cherished every moment spent with them. He eagerly awaited their arrival each morning and eagerly engaged in various activities throughout the day.

First responders held a special place in Ryan's heart, and he admired their bravery and dedication. Whether it was law enforcement, ambulance, fire, or wrecker services, he was their biggest fan. Ryan's love for his country was unwavering, and he took pride in displaying and caring for his flags. He would not hesitate to remind others to do the same.

Ryan is survived by his loving parents, Daniel and Pamela Thompson, his maternal grandmother Terry Boldra, his sisters Alisha, Danielle, and Brittany, and his brothers Dustyn, Erik, and Levi. He also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews who adored him dearly. Ashley, Harmony, Jayce, Matthew, Tobias, Gideon, Lucy, Toliver, Genesis, Tien, Tarynn, Tayven, and Thayn. Ryan was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents James and Shirley Thompson, his maternal grandfather Ronald Boldra, his aunt Sherry Thompson, and his uncle Daniel Boldra.

In 2017, Ryan graduated from Mission High School, marking an important milestone in his educational journey. He had a curious mind and dabbled in various hobbies. In his imagination, Ryan was a police officer, an EMT, and even prepared to be an OBGYN to deliver the twins at home. He enjoyed building and dismantling things, and his creativity shone through his self-made parades that he would joyfully march through the streets. Ryan's zest for life serves as an inspiration for us all.

Ryan Gabriel Thompson will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved him. May he rest in eternal peace.
