Simone Alexis Joseph

This beautiful young lady, is survived by her Papa Darryl Joseph, her mother and closest friend, Yvonne Hameline, her great-aunts Delinda(Frank) Nicolai, Dovita Finley and Dorsette Joseph(Donald Widner), her great-uncles Delbert and Desmond Joseph, her uncles Edward Stasso(Cassandra McClure) and aunts Melanie Joseph(Brian Mitchell), Delores(Jeremy), and Kim Chase(Harold Paul). Her Brother Xavier Joseph, and her daughter Gia, the absolute light of the Joseph – Hameline household. Also, her many cousins, nieces, nephews besties and all others whose love made them “family” and family… it is the best. At this time, it is quite appropriate to throw out a special mention to her closest cuz-bro and sis, Phillip Benoist and Destiny Joseph.

Waiting on the other side are her grandmothers, Juanita Quiltaenock and Evelyn Joseph, great-aunts Deanne Joseph, Debra Finley and Donna Joseph, great-uncles Dennis and Dale Joseph, uncles Leonard, Darren and Darryl Joseph, and brother Eneas Conko, of course as on the side so is with the other, many cousins, bros, sistas, besties, etc. So many on each side that, as we celebrate the gift of her life on this side, the guidance and warmth on the other side are so happy to have been this far involved with our Simone’s crossing.

Things here have a way of keeping our people alive in our hearts, Simone’s love of music, her dry humor, her gut-twisting laughter, teasing digs, big beautiful smile, twinkling huckleberry eyes, with love & hugs for the family. Moseying down the streets of Pablo, her daughter Gia, the little clone of her mama, nearby and her mom Yvonne also nearby – one might say Simone was her clone but this is a sight that always made me smile.
